S.C.J. Tapovan Jain School draws its inspiration from the divine blessings and visionary guidance of Yug Pradhan Panyas Pravar Chandrashekhar Vijayji Maharaja, under the patronage of Pattalankar Acharya Shri Malaykirti Suriswarji M.S.

Gurudev holds a profound belief — that every child is born with a unique ray of academic inquisitiveness, and it is the sacred duty of educators to widen that ray with the flash of true knowledge. Rooted in the principles of Jainism, he envisioned a school where moral education walks hand-in-hand with academic brilliance. His excellence chose the vibrant city of Surat as the home for this dream.

Our Story — From a Seed to a Banyan Tree

In May 2014, what began as a modest play group — S.C.J. Dream World Jain Pre School — with just 8 students, has blossomed into one of Surat's most trusted educational institutions. Today, S.C.J. Tapovan Jain School proudly nurtures 1057+ students from Pre-Nursery to Grade 12, drawing families from across Surat city.

The overwhelming response from the Jain community and neighbouring states stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality education, values, and child-centred learning.
