Physical Education and Sports Activities
To build a healthy future citizen scj Tapovan Jain School offers a number of sports activities. Sports education aims to provide children with authentic and enjoyable sports experience. Games and Sports are necessary for our life. It instills the value of discipline, leadership quality, positive thinking etc. They are an important means of recreation which refreshers the mind and keeps them away from diseases. We offered difference sports activities like
Yoga:
Yoga helps to manage children’s anxiety, mental stability. It also increases their body awareness, flexibility and mindfulness. We started yoga classes for all the students. By which they develop mentally and physically.
Karate:
It builds the skill of self defense.It boosts Self-Esteem and confidence. It works on goal setting. Learn to be alert. Improves Listening Skills, Encourages Team Spirit, Gives Physical exercise in a Safe Environment. we started karate classes for our primary students.
Skate:
Skating is one of the favourite activity for most of the children, so we have skating class for all the students, all the students take very active part.
Dance:
Keeping in mind the tradition of our culture and religion, we give a regular dance practice to our students, we conduct dance competitions and to encourage our students to appreciate them with prizes.
