S.C.J. Tapovan Jain School is inspired by Yug Pradhan Panyas Pravar Chandrashekhar Vijayji Maharaja’s Pattalankar Acharya Shri Malaykirti Surishwarji M.S.
He believes that each and every child is unique and possesses a ray of academic inquisitiveness, which should be widened by the light of knowledge. Gurudev motivated us to start a school with moral education based on Jainism. His Excellency selected Surat city for this dream project.
In May 2014, the trust started a playgroup named S.C.J. Dream World Jain Pre-School for boys and girls in Surat with 8 students.
Since then, the school has grown significantly, providing quality education to 1057+ students from different areas of Surat city, from Pre-Nursery to Grade 12 (Commerce).
The Trust’s ideals emphasize building highly personalized, high-quality schools that provide an alternative to the failing municipal/government school system and address the lacunae that exist in the current social norms toward educating children.
Origin
In the year 2014, the school received a tremendous response from the local Jain communities, and soon word about its good work spread to neighbouring states, resulting in a continuous increase in admissions to the school. To meet this increasing demand, we started S.C.J. JAIN SCHOOL in Surat.
